Description

The windmill ... on a very windy day? .... Brill, Bucks

Original picture (see one my other Brill windmill pictures) has been "warped" using software I wrote myself. Essentially, every pixel has been rotated by an amount dependent on how far it is from the centre of the picture. The entire picture was then rotated back the other way by 45%.
