Brown Willy Tor, Bodmin Moor
Brown Willy Tor, Bodmin Moor - by Tony Dean ©

Brown Willy Tor, Bodmin Moor

When you drive along the A30 you see Brown Willy and think its close....Its not. Its a 1.5 hour walk away across proper wild moorland. The spot height on top of the Tor is 420 (metres) so to walk from Jamaica Inn to the top takes 2.5 hours. P.s. Take a compass if the fog comes down you can easily get lost on top of easy looking but footfalling ground.
