Shoreline Penzance is a cosy homely bed and breakfast, situated on Penzance’s famous Seafront Promenade. The area is known around the world as Rosamunde Pilcher country, Penzance and the surrounding countryside and picturesque villages are a must see.


Sea view rooms have sweeping vistas overlooking the beautiful Mounts Bay, from St Michael's Mount to Newlyn. Shoreline has a Sundeck patio at the front of the guest house, where you may sit and relax and take in the stunning views.

Centrally located, with the Sea Front on our doorstep and Historic Chapel Street just a short walk away. Shoreline is in the perfect location for your holiday. Rooms are all individually decorated with colourful cushions, stylish prints and ensuites.

Shoreline is an ideal base for travellers to the West of Cornwall. Attractions nearby include St Michael’s Mount, Newlyn, Mousehole, Minack Theatre, Lands End and St Ives. Rail, Bus and Air transport are situated near by.

Breakfast is taken in the sea facing dining room, or outside on the sun filled patio in the summer months. Our Breakfast will set you up for the day, and you can choose from our comprehensive breakfast menu, which has many delicious items, from our Traditional cooked breakfasts, Continental, Vegetarian or why not try one of our specials available throughout the year
