In Memory of Lieut. Commander Arthur Leyland Harrison V.C.,R.N. who was born in Torquay on the 3rd February 1886 and was killed in action during the Zebrugge raid on the 23rd April 1918. The memorial is sited at Roundham Gardens, Paignton, Devon.
