Description

St. Leonards Church

The picturesque village of Downham at the foot of Pendle Hill, in Lancashire ... most famously Downham was used as the location for the film 'Whistle Down the Wind' ... this is a view from the doorway of St.Leonards Church - I think it's the most beautiful view from a church door that I've ever seen.

I think I would have to agree with you, Sue. It's gorgeous.
