Scopwick Level Crossing, Lincolnshire - 4 June 2010

Ten years into the 21st Century, the railway from Peterborough to Lincoln remains delightfully unmodernised. In the absence of modern trains or road vehicles, this view at Scopwick - with its traditional gates, signal box and semaphore signals - could almost have been taken in the 1950s.
