Description

Skipton, North Yorkshire

Holy Trinity Church, Skipton. These panes of stained glass are found in the North Chapel window. The panes all show bible references. The left hand pane relates to Luke 8:48 - 'Then he said to her, daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.' The centre pane relates to 1 Peter 1:3 - 'In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.' The left hand pane is from Luke 10:30 which refers to the parable of the Good Samaritan.
