Description

Pishill Church

This Church of England church is unusual in not being dedicated to a Saint. The Stonor family have close connections with Pishill Church, and despite the Stonor family being Catholics, all members of the Stonor family, except the heads of the family are still buried in the churchyard. The Oxfordshire Way passes directly by the church, and walkers will often stop to enjoy the peacefulness of the place.
