A refuelling aircraft, with all those windows? I would've guessed it's carrying people rather than fuel.

Windows or no windows--I can assure you that this was a refuelling VC10 as I flew on board it and it carried approx 20 passengers on board. It refuelled many jets over the North Sea as shown on my other photos under the "Lyneham" heading. Cheers David.
