History of Droitwich ceramic mural

This mural, created by Joyce and Henry Collins, is in St. Andrew's Square and takes the form of seven ceramic relief panels. Figures depicted include King Ethelbald granting Evesham Abbey the right to mine Droitwich salt, King John granting salt rights to the burgess of Droitwich, St Richard in his bishop's robes and Edward Winslow, who was one of the original Pilgrim Fathers.
