Peter, can you give me any history on the Arms? For example, why the Swastika?

I have no Idea why the Swastika is there. If you compare it to the German Swastika,it is set at a different angle. The original Swastika was a Pagan symbol,was believe,for luck and good health but I am not too sure. Taken over by Hitler as part of his Pagan beliefs.
