The Cenotaph detail, Lime Street, Liverpool

I took this a few minutes after the close up of Wellington on top of his column on 5th August 2014. This shot gives some perspective to the column and is very much a stock shot, one of a set I took of this rather special cenotaph.

Nice detail on the Cenotaph, Rod. There's certainly a wealth of impressive architecture in that area of Liverpool, which will be in my viewfinder if I visit Scouseland.
