A drive in the countryside around Chirk near Wrexham and I was surprised to suddenly come across these heavy duty chimneys and their spewing contents into the atmosphere.

I was similarly surprised when I spotted this view some years ago. This is the Kronospan factory. I believe they make wood panels and laminates. There's probably not much else to do in Chirk.
