Apparently New Zealand has been hit with a twister!

Here in Oxford today it has been cold and windy, with a little sunshine that was actually very hot at times.

A frost is forecast for the area tonight, with the likelihood of car windscreens needing a scraper before we set off tomorrow. Don't forget to cover up your delicate bits gardeners!

After forecasting snow for around the 20th April, we've had the warmest April since records began. Thus, I'm now hoping they'll forecast blizzards for May  Smile

As a result of me not taking notice of my own warning, I lost one or two of my bits last night! lol... A couple of runner bean plants bit the dust!

Today the sun has been shining, the wind has been blowing and rain is expected over the weekend. The lawns are getting to look a little brown here and there, so we do need it!

Grey sky, cool wind and anything but a Spring day here in Wheatley. But....the Cuckoo is about to encourage the sunshine, or should that be the other way around, either way.......yippeeee!

One things for sure, the gardens are looking good.
