Be sure and check out the closed thread for the last few weather reports. Mine especially is wonderful (HA!).

I'll let you know if we get rain. You'll probably be able to hear me clear over in England, as rain is a real Godsend here in the desert at this time of year.

We got our rain yesterday. It blew over very quickly, so I stood by the window and watched it while it lasted. Ah! Love rain!

Today we are back to the warmth and sun. Up in the 90's again.

42º F this morning, 93º F this afternoon. Quite a big difference. Definitely a hint of autumn in our morning air.

Did Old Road turn into a river yesterday, Ron? I remember those flash floods running past the house. Half of Shotover lay at the bottom of Old Road by the end of the storm.

In fact they have improved the drains considerably Sue and now Thames Water is responsible for them they seem not to have the problem of old.

Mind you it still comes down the hill at a rate of knots! lol
