Interesting list to run through and a number of cars destined for oblivion for one reason or another. Even listing one car with no such name---Ford Edsel, as Edsel was a make, not a model name as Ford tried to emulate GM with 5 Divisions---Ford, Mercury, Edsel, Lincoln, and Continental Divisions which they soon retreated from after the Edsel fiasco of 1958-60.  But, the Edsel didn't completely disappear, for bits of its styling turned up on Mercury's and early Comets..

It's designer Roy A Brown Jnr had been then sent to Ford of England and his Edsel styling ideas started to appear on early 1960s English Ford's too. But he had more success with his 1955 Lincoln Futura show car which gained immortality as TV's Batmobile. I think the Edsel was more maligned than simply being a worst car.
