anyone here run?

And if so where?? Any good places to run in beautiful places?

I have a few in the Peak District, but wondered if there was anyone who has any other stunning routes?

Hmmmm....... I'm not so sure about that!?? I'm pretty damn quick..... I'm like a gazelle! 😃 On two legs..... With no horns..... And a shorter nose!

Some me lovely places to run over here!! Especially in the cool autumn sunny days!

I'm more of a turtle!

Have you taken any photos on your runs? And how many miles do you run?

Haha turtle?? Surely not!?

you mean tortoise?? Aren't turtles quite agile swimmers?? Laughing

I I don't usually take photos on my runs because it means stopping... And I lose all momentum! Run between 5 and 15 km depending on how fit in feeling!  Done some lovely routes up in the Peak District!! Disused railway lines through some beautiful countryside!

Speed seems to be your thing Jason; are you still driving ambulances, or have you moved on to something else?

As for the thread question about running, I wish I could walk better let alone run! lol

Hope you find other POE members interested in running Jason because the one thing that this POE site was always good for is friends meeting with each other and polite conversation

Fantastic to see you guys back here!

Haha yep still a paramedic, a little older a little wiser and a lot more cynical! 😃

Yeah I love running now, seem to be pretty good at it, something I used to do as a kid, he went through a stage of hating it, but really addictive and I love it now again, and with countryside and tracks like we got here it's just ideal!
