John Denver in my book is the tops

I know who he is Peggy  Henry John Deutschendorf, he had quite a few troubles in his life which might have been aided by meditation or relaxation.

What a coincidence, 9pm tonight on True Movies 1 - Take Me Home, the John Denver Story. It's channel 302 on Freesat, don't know what it will be on Freeview or Sky.  

Sad loss when John Denver died, loved his music.

Missed the programme referred to but no doubt it will be on again somewhere.

Has nobody tried the challenge yet?

 Meditation is a new concept in our household and relaxation is as almost a rare happening. However, time has come to have an open mind and see what can be achieved as some of you may remember my mentioning the 2013 gremlins who are still lurking and need evicting. Neil has been a real diamond and sorted out some help for us ( including putting me right where I messed up downloading ). I think meditation is something that will need time and effort to achieve but the cd downloads have been very rewarding just listening to them in their own right without reaching their full effects so far.
