I was sent a link yesterday to a site that lets you make videos and add a soundtrack and transitions and effects to your photos, it's a nice way of sharing your photos with friends and family.

I had a bash at it and made a two minute one, you can see it at

Have your speakers on if you take a look.

That's nice Frank. Good choice of music too.

You might be interested in some standalone application then, like FlipBook (sample for portfolios)

Welcome to POE:)

Thanks for the links Frank and Maria. We really like these type of applications and can't wait until we have some form of slideshow on the site for visitors to use. It will really enhance the experience of some of the picture tours, and will be especially fun if members can create their own custom slideshows using any of the pictures from the site. We could then post 'Latest member created slideshow' on the homepage etc to liven it up a little. Should be fun Smile

Poe

I came across this freely usable PHP script for slideshows some time ago. It could oerhaps

save some coding to your developer.

No. I don't speak to who doesn't know what to do with his own underpants.

Maria, Maria,

Re my underpants: I do know what to do with my underpants. Listen, I have 2 pairs, so to lose one pair is hardly a crisis is it!...Well is it? I will be rummaging through the 'budget' bin at one of the well known charity shops, to restablish my stock levels soon, so all will be well.

But, you have changed the subject. I asked you to explain about PHP so don't try to wriggle out of it by creating a smoke screen about my pants. lol. You can buy me a pair for Christmas if you want!

Ciao Ray

Well Lyn,

I always look to see if the they are roughly my size.  If so, (and I don't need the changing room, I just hold them up,) They fit, ipso facto, they are new!  It all makes logical sense to me. Regarding Maria, she is just not speaking to me at the moment, but she will again soon!
