I do consider myself very lucky I have to say. I am the oldest in my office and think there only 2 out of 8 of us without BP issues.

The last place I worked Dave, I was the eldest person there and the only one not on any medication for one thing or another. The only tablets David and I take are multi vitamins.

I agree, too many people taking too many tablets, I think some people start taking them and just get repeat prescriptions for years and years. My friend has been on anti depressants for 10 years, I thought they were for a short term.

Evening all, I must thank James for his mention of the pasty in word association, but it comes with a bitter taste. The West Cornwall Pasty Company has gone into administration and that is the only pasty that I know of around here up from Kernow that we could get locally, in either Guildford or Horsham. I know there has been a rescue and some celebrity has been part of that package , however I think they will be only saving the big outlets like the ones at stations - certainly yesterday the Horsham branch was all closed up.

Still hoping all goes well Pat with the BP issue.

John , you have got to watch these wonky paving slabs- the thing about them is that they always lurk near pockets of extreme gravity. Hope the resulting bumps and scrapes are not too bad and do not hinder the Spitfire arm !

Depends on your taste of Pastys James, know they are not your cup of tea.
