I hope they are not getting paid whilst they are on strike!

Sack em, sack em, sack em all and then offer them a job the next day.

Gis a job mate!

My opinion is it's coming unless they get back to work. I note they all look very happy on the picket line!!

Any thoughts members, would you sack them or not?

Everyone has a right to withdraw their labour,I have worked in none union places and the work force was divided, the result was that things never got any better;the employer kept the work force divided by paying different rates of pay,for doing the same work.

As vacancies were in short supply it was a case of keeping quiet untill a new job could be found.Imagine no pay rise for four years, but some people did,and the owners of the firm going on holiday every six weeks, and being treated like ####.

Back to the doctors, all who I have spoken to are behind the doctors.

Why is it that only England is affected by this strike, why don't the Welsh and Scots join them?

The Junior Doctors have been offered a deal which has apparently increased their wages and allowed better conditions so if they don't want to accept that I say the Government is right to impose a deal that will affect us all if this strike continues.

There can only be one winner and it won't be the Junior Doctors, so as stated above I would offer them an ultimatum that being, get back to normal working hours or be sacked!

I don't believe the public will back the Junior Doctors in a couple of weeks time.
