Thankyou for you comment on my photograph Ron.  Not really that familiar with the forum yet - Sue told me that my picture had been submitted on here.

It was the 'Pictures of England' website that provided me with the information as to which villages to visit in the Oxfordshire part of the Cotswolds.  Bibury and Burford in particular were so interesting because of the lovely old buildings/cottages that were there.

I just saw those shots by Dan Bowen, they are magnificent, aren't they? I especially like it in black and white.

Hi Jane:  Nice to see your smiling face.

To display a photo that has been submitted to POE in one of the threads, first make note of the picture no., which I see you know where to find.  Then while you're signed in and in the posting box, find the icon at the bottom that looks like a little tree (3rd from the right on my screen.  Click it and it brings up a little box that allows you to enter the picture number and also allows you to preview to make sure its the picture you selected.

Sometimes the most simple shots are just magnificent.
