Hi Andy:  Remember the old Teddy Roosevelt quote:  "Speak softly and carry a big stick."  LOL!  And I would add, "If you tap into Denzil's wisdom as needed, you'll go far."  Wink

All my best...xx

Congratulations Andy...I think! LOL!!!

Seriously, being a moderator is a tough job and I admire those who have the courage and the fortitude to do it.  Good luck to you Andy...and to reiterate Maria's sentiments, I hope you don't need it!Wink

Finally, a word to us regular old POEvillers in the hopes of making all of the moderators jobs easier:

Be respectful to your superiors, if you have any; also to strangers, and sometimes to others. If a person offends you, and you are in doubt as to whether it was intentional or not, do not resort to extreme measure; simply watch your chance and hit him with a brick. That will be sufficient. If you shall find that he had not intended any offense, come out frankly and confess yourself in the wrong when you struck him; acknowledge it like a man, and say you didn't mean to.   Mark Twain.
