Hello everyone, my name is Suzette, I hail from Trinidad and Tobago. I am thinking of coming to visit soon so I thought I would look first. I am a school teacher and would like to realise a life long dream which began when I first began to read Enid Blyton. I like looking at the fabulous pictures and the gorgeous countryside. I especially love Liverpool and would like to visit there first.

Welcome to POE from Anna and Ron, Suzette, but Liverpool? If you think Liverpool is nice, wait until you see the Cotswolds or the Lake District.

Have a look around the POE site to see what I mean. Type the names into the search box top left, you'll be amazed!

I have often heard it said that you need a sense of humour to live in Liverpool.

Doddy is superb, but let us not forget the late Leonard Rossiter, a wonderful comedian and a serious actor too.
