Hi everyone. I'm Karen and I'm a British lass currently living in Australia. I was born in Kent and i was dragged (lol) to Australia by my parents when i was a teenager. As much as i like Australia, i have always missed my real home and i still do.

I joined POE back in 2011 but i haven't really had any time to get on here due to my busy life as a wife and a mum. I hope now to make up for lost time and so i look forward to being on here regularly (I hope) :) I also have quite a few photos from my holidays back home to England which i'll try to share in due course.

Hi again everyone. Thanks for your lovely welcome messages. Where has the year gone so far? It's now the beginning of May and i posted my original intro back in December: it's crazy how the time flies :)  

It's now Autumn here in Oz and so i plan to spend some of the dark chilly evenings here on the forums and taking the opportunity to post some of my photos.

John; where in Kent are you from? I'm from the Gravesend/Northfleet area :)
