Sadly, Peter Evans, the photographer who took this picture, is no longer with us. I think Peter died around Christmas 2012. He was a well-loved member of PoE, and even though I did not know him personally, he contributed many fine pictures to the site. There are many tributes to Peter at http://www.picturesofengland.com/forum/Off-Topic_Chat/5849
