Footbridge over River Trent, Alrewas.

The footbridge leads from the lock,it is about 150m long and spans the mill-stream and the River Trent, and also the marshy ground in between.It replaced a wooden footbridge that was originally here and the old support posts can still be seen.

Watery Moon.

Full moon last night shining on the River Trent. Very windy from the tail end of the hurricane that crossed the Atlantic from the USA. Had to go to ISO 1600 to allow for camera shake on the tripod.
