An old colliery tub - Silkstone I think this is an attaction now, or it could be a piece of industrial history. Barnsley's main industry was coal mining, up to the early 1990's. The mines were closed, this tub, used to run on tracks underground, full of coal or it has been known for miners to push them or pit ponies to pull them.
