Its Wroxham Broad, taken from the bridge over the river Bure in Wroxham. A very popular sight for photographers.

What a beautiful picture I hope the scheme works as it would be nice to see some quaint country station restored to pre beeching.

What are those blue remembered Hills, what farms, what spires are these? Is what this picture brings to mind, a very English pastoral scene

Hi Sue -what a brilliant picture it captures the scene so nicely it feels sort of Victorian in feel.

A wonderful picture-this is the old railway bridge from Barnstaple to Bideford which is now on the Tarka Trail. I worked at Barnstaple station for 15 years and walk the railway line here many times -the picture brings back fond memories.

What a wonderful image of the English Countryside. I love this area and have walked from Barnstaple along the Taw and Creedy valleys to Cediton. The large house on the way down to the train station used to be a favorite pub of mine -alas no more!
