I cropped the deer out of the original photo and then applied median filtering and sharpened it 3 times and this is what came out. Now it looks like a painting.

At the end of the road where our B&B was. The weird reflection in the foreground is the roof of the car. I got out to take this picture of the deer, but he spotted me so I had to shoot across the car before he took off. I kind of like the effect though.
