I have been upload loading photos and now I cant don’t know why I have tried but it keeps coming up

So I tried reinstalling my program and I still can’t??????? Any help anyone?

Each time that has happened to me Shaun (and I have also reinstalled programmes and rebooted, etc.etc, it has turned out to be our undersea internet link that is either being worked on, or its faulty, so it means we don't actually have an internet connection at that time.  Can you check with your service provider?

Try running the internet test. Bottom right of the window. the icon looks like two monitors. Just right click on it and run "diagnose and repair". Should let you know if there is a problem. Hope that helps.
