I had a short day, too short, weird though it may sound, but I like my job so much, that I was bummed I had to come home early. Krissy, we don't take any blood here, but we (meaning the Doctor) give a fair number of shots into the the feet and ankles. I do have to get used to used to the sight of the needle going into the skin, it's never been a favourite thing for me to see. Funny really, because I can handle watching surgeries, but the little things like the needles or the initial incisions are what I don't like.

I should have explained it first, sorry: Meus queridos = (my) darlings (mixed genres) Minha querida = my darling/dear (feminine genre) Meu querido = my darling/dear (masculine genre) So I should write to you Barb: "Bom dia minha querida Barb."
