Description

Green (and White) Man

It is a set of 7 carved poles each over 2 mtrs high. They blend to form three different faces depending on your viewing position. I can't remember the name of the artist but I do recall it was declared open by Hanna Hauxwell from the TV series "Daughter of the Dales".

What a fascinating photograph Alan, I love the contrasts. Are these "men" carved or sculpted, how about a little more information?
