Before then, I believe the building was the site of the Nantwich Laundry in the 1930's and 1940's. During that time the laundry was managed by my grandparents, Charles and Emily Shermer. Emily, (nee Bye) died in Nantwich in 1943 and is buried there. Any help would be appreciated Mike Shermer |
