What is the most photographed TOWN. ( not city )

I have just looked at Whitby and there are 1,710,000 so it must be up there near the top.

I am still thinking Stratford on Avon combined with Stratford upon Avon as the biggest ( over 2,000,000 )

Any other contenders ?
