He was looking for a policeman, and I found this one! lol Re Helmets Yes, they are in fact reinforced with, earlier a cork substance, and later, some sort of modern material. they are designed to make the policeman stand out in a crowd but have limited protective properties because they will come off the head if you as much as sneeze.
