From all parts of the world, but why do they think they can get away with their ill-gotten gains here? What is it that attracts such people to our shores?

Needless to say, we never used to have this sort of crime here in the UK so why are these people intent on self destruction, because ultimately they will be caught, as I honestly believe we have the very best Police Authority in the world, despite the occasional 'blip'.
