Yes, Sue, I found your pics of Wittenham Clumps under 'Little Wittenham'. I like your picture of the lone tree.

I have taken a few pictures up there, but I think the views you get from there are more interesting than 'The Clumps' themselves, which are now very overgrown.

The problem with wind turbines is that they rarely deliver electricity at a sensible price. The worst example to date is a wind turbine in Wales which generates just an average £5 worth of electricity per month and cost £48,000 to put up !

You are correct, Sue, about the bird deaths caused by wind turbines. See this link
