I have thought about taking a trip on the railway, thanks for the suggestion.  I am a big Harry Potter fan, and wish I could spend much of my trip visiting Harry Potter sites.  I also love The Railway Children, both the movie (from the 70's?) and the book, can't say how many times I read it as a young teen and cried my way through it.  I only wish my children loved it, too.  I would love a steam train trip, I've only been on one that has been preserved a couple of hundred miles from here, that was a nice experience.  Keep up the suggestions!  I love it!  And, I've read Jane Eyre, many years ago, but not Wuthering Heights.
