absolutley love this site  and post as many pics as i can
i live in Hartlepool and love taking pics of the sea
as it is right out side my front door it is easy for me
i dont profess to be any other than a keen amateur and just take the camera with me all the time
digital is so much easier
thanks to Chris and Sarah for setting up this site and the forum is a fantastic addition
and happy snapping to all contributors look forward to chatting to you all

Hi Ian

I agree, thanks to Chris and Sarah for POE a fantastic resource. You know, here I go again Ian, why haven't the members given it 'Welcome Ian', and again I am prepared to bet they will respond because we all love this site. Hey, I bet the sea is a bit rough right now isn't it? We await your pics!

We have purist ?

The only problem I could see with a panoramic is maybe too many pixels. I've been trying to post a pic, taken on the same camera I've submitted pictures from, but it won't go through, and I can only think it might be size. Can't say I fully understand it all at the moment.

Look forward to seeing them if you do submit them.

Hi Ian

Welcome to the site! Panoramics are fine. As long as the filesize is under 4MB there shouldn't be a problem uploading them.

You have posted some gorgeous pics of Hartlepool, and some very dramatic ones, one or two of which i have in my favourites. Keep up the great work!
