Hi my name is Bill i am 48.

I was born in Glasgow but have lived in Oxfordshire for 30 years.

I have only recently aquired a digital camera and started taking photos of my local area.

It has opened my eyes to beauty thats been on my doorstep all these years.

I have not been posting very long but intend to try and capture more photos of my surrounding towns , villages and countryside.

I have been inspired by the wonderful phorographs taken by all you more experienced photographers.

It shows all the diversity this country has to offer.

It proves Britain still is a really beautiful country.

Hi Bill

Like you I have had my eyes opened about what is about in my own area, Nottinghamshire.

We travel into tiny litle villages and then wow around any corner there is something totally unexpected, I look at everything in a different way.

History and interesting stories and facts are all around us.

Beautiful sites and views, animals, birds and flowers all around.

I am only a keen to get shots of things I like and when I get a really nice shot it gives me such a buzz.

And I agree we have a beautiful country.

 All the Best

Barbara

Hi Bill

Welcome to a great website. For some reason I get the feeling I know that name here in Oxford, where are you exactly? The area will do for starters.

My brother is Bill and he is from Oxfordshire, but I don't think you are him  .

I grew up in Oxfordshire and like Ron, am interested in where about you are from.
