Hi Everyone,

After 20 + years of fishing home and abroad, YEOP i got Bored,So i thought what could i do,After pondering for a few weeks,i thought photography, yeah great idea allweys carried a compact when i went fishing, so i could prove it didnt get away ;-).

Anyway, Sold all my fishing tackle on a well know auction site,I got me Sony A300 and some lenses and i havent looked back since, im trully addicted and to top it all off.

"What a blimmin good excuse to get away from the nagging wife a bit more....lol"

So there ya go and no doubt i'll speak to some of you in the future...John H.

I'm glad to see you (twice even, though I did sweep the other one under the mat) join us, and seeing that others have made it before me (insert grouchy smiley face) I can take my time replying and not rush one so that I get in first (another smiley. Let's hope my computer gets fixed today, I do so miss my smileys).

Well I'm glad that fishing has gone by the by and that you have dived into the joys of photography and now you are sharing that with us.
