| Lynne Leflore(8th August 2012)Is that a magnolia tree in the center of photo?? Didn't know they existed elsewhere except for the States. |
| Lynne Leflore(6th August 2012)Would you happen to know the names of the 2 flowers in pic? I'd like to try & find them in MS. |
| Lynne Leflore(6th August 2012)Barbara, what would be the purpose of the round tower? Wonder if it was an original part of structure or maybe added for protection in battle. |
| Lynne Leflore(6th August 2012)There wasn't anything stating contents or memorial as such, like a brass plate??? Maybe I can do a search on it to find a little abt it. Very interesting. Thanks for sharing. |
| Lynne Leflore(6th August 2012)I love to see this even around where I live in MS. These hay bales look so much neater than the ones I've seen around here. |
| Lynne Leflore(6th August 2012)Awesome compostion. It gets 5 big, bright stars from me. |
| Lynne Leflore(6th August 2012)Judi, would you happen to know the name of the vine with purple flowers on the right end? I'm a wildflower & most perennials lover. I love the pic as well. Great eye. |
| Lynne Leflore(29th July 2012)Oh, but it is a spectacular sunrise IMHO. Don't really see how could be better. It's ethereal, soothing, shows God's workmanship. What else could there be?? |
| Lynne Leflore(29th July 2012)I agree wholeheartedly as well. You should be taking photos for a wildlife group or a calendar company. Roger, I'd like to save this one for desktop bkgd, if ok. |
| Lynne Leflore(29th July 2012)Everyone has already said every good thing abt it. I'll add DOUBLE WOW & that long word from "Mary Poppins" - SUPER............................ |
| Lynne Leflore(29th July 2012)Thanks for sharing this awesome photo. Would it be possible for you to get some pics of Gawthorpe Hall also? It is the home of my Shuttleworth ancestors.
See note below: Shuttlworth Family - House & Farm Accts of Shuttleworths of Gawthorpe Hall at Smithils & Gawthorpe, Co. Lancaster from Sept 1582-1621 |
| Lynne Leflore(29th July 2012)Truly awesome. Would make an awesome bkgd for desktop. |
| Lynne Leflore(29th July 2012)Martin, what is the name of this one? It's totally awesome. Gets 5 stars |
| Lynne Leflore(29th July 2012)Martin, is this from your garden? Would you happen to know the name of flower?? Would it be classified as a wildflower?? Oh btw, it is really awesome. |
| Lynne Leflore(24th July 2012)The Catalpa tree is one of my state's (MS) abundant trees. It is in many areas here. It has a worm that is used widely for fishing. The blooms are pretty & resemble a small orchid, in MHO.

| Lynne Leflore(22nd July 2012)Oh, wow. I think I see 2 new babies in background. Are both of them hers??? So cute. |
| Lynne Leflore(16th July 2012)I always thought this was a hornet nest. Was told some wasps build nests in ground. |
| Lynne Leflore(16th July 2012)Thanks for sharing, as I'm a genealogy nut. Does anyone else here have that interest??? |
| Lynne Leflore(16th July 2012)Awesome photo. It looks more like a landscape drawing/painting.
A while back someone mentioned a sister site. Could someone be kind enough to please post the link. |
| Lynne Leflore(14th August 2011)Hi, Kip. I just wanted to say I'm enjoying all of your pics, as well as those of other members.
I'm looking for photos of Acaster, Selby, Yorkshire. One of my earliest Harrison ancestors is said to be from there.
Regards!
