Grosnez, at the North-western Point of Jersey with the Jersey Royal Potato Fields in the Foreground
Grosnez (meaning Big Nose) is another of Jersey's many rocky promontories, this one forming the most North-westerly point of the island. This was something of a pilgrimage for me, as Jersey Royal potatoes are one of my most favourite foods and they are grown here in the very steep fields (for good drainage) and the very salty environment.
