National Seal Sanctuary, Gweek, not far from Helston, Cornwall. April 2005. Not all visitors are people. There used to be, I believe, three herons that tried to steal fish but one was caught by a seal and lost his leg.

This is a shot taken in the village of Gweek and I think the boat parking looks a bit on the tight side, there does not seem to be a great deal of room to manouvre.

Another shot of the village of Gweek and I ought to point out that not all the houses are in this state but this place does attract the camera. Nearby is the famous Seal Sanctuary where injured or orphaned seals are cared for before releasing them back to the wild once they are ready to return.

Port Navas creek just off the lovely Helford River in Cornwall just down the river from the lovely village of Gweek.
