View from Hartside Cafe

From Melmerby, the A686 road climbs the Hartside Pass to a height of 1904 ft, from where there are magnificent views across the Solway Firth to Scotland. Your head is in the clouds sometimes but there is a cafe at the top - so you can rest a while.
