© Denis Sharp (view gallery)
The view from Lodge Farm across Nazeing Common, once grassland it was requisitioned for a KQ site, a decoy airfield for nearby RAF North Weald between 1940 -1941. It's use as a decoy changed, and the land was put under the plough under the 'Dig for Victory' campaign and is now farmed commercially.
