This photo was taken from a second floor window of the Municipal Offices of Cheltenham Borough Council early one sunny morning. It shows the diagonal parking bays facing the famous Long Gardens on an early Sunday morning in June, 1983 before the bays were reversed. The former Regal Cinema can be seen on the far right end of the shot before it was demolished a few years later. It is now a modern office block.
