About Primrose Hill

This is one of London's leafy suburbs where visitors can enjoy seeing elegant Victorian and Edwardian houses whilst enjoying the great outdoors.

Historically, Primrose Hill was the property of Eton College, it was purchased by the Crown in the 20th century to be used as a public resort. The summit is 206 feet above the Trinity high water-mark of the Thames, thus commanding panoramic views over the Capital.

Primrose Hill rises to the north of London and was once part of the same ancient Royal forest as Regents Park.
