In the mid 60's the famous Beatles pop group played at Blackburns King Georges Hall, at the time this road was dug up to divert a culvert. John Lennon and Paul McCartney went on to mention this fact on their Sgt Peppers Lonley Hearts Club Band LP, 400 holes in Blackburn Lancashire lol

You would need a computer to calculate the hole's today!!! Under the terrible administration that is Blackburn Council!!!
